The terms that apply when you book and visit Aurora International Spa, Bangalore.

These terms apply to bookings made with Aurora International Spa, beside Hindu Medical College, opposite Vijayam Convention Hall, MS Grand Building, Babu Jagjivan Ramnagar, 1st Floor, Mallikarjunpet, Bangalore 522002. By booking or visiting, you agree to them.
Aurora International Spa is a professional day spa offering therapeutic massage, steam and jacuzzi experiences delivered by trained therapists in private treatment rooms. All treatments are non-medical wellness and relaxation services. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Messaging or calling ahead is the best way to secure a particular room, therapist or time. We hold a reserved slot for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that it may be released to another guest.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that following appointments are not delayed. The full price still applies.
Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees and are the prices we charge. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, NFC payments and Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices may change, and the price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the price that applies to that visit.
Please give us as much notice as you can if your plans change — a WhatsApp message is enough. We do not charge a cancellation fee for standard bookings. Group bookings and membership-funded sessions may be subject to specific arrangements confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Membership plans are prepaid credit packages. The bonus credit, the number of guests permitted per day, and any complimentary session are as described on our Services page and as confirmed to you in writing at purchase.
Aurora International Spa is a professional therapeutic establishment. Our therapists are trained practitioners and are treated as such.
Please tell us before your session about any medical condition, injury, allergy, recent surgery, skin condition, or if you are pregnant, so we can adapt or advise against a treatment. Heat-based experiences such as the steam bath and jacuzzi may be unsuitable for guests with cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, or during pregnancy. If in doubt, consult your doctor before booking.
Services are for adults aged 18 and over.
Please do not bring valuables. We provide secure storage where available, but Aurora International Spa is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
